Ms. Lee is a cross-border mergers and acquisitions attorney who will bolster Holland & Knight’s Corporate, M&A and Securities practice and play a key role in the firm’s Korea Practice. She represents public and private companies and private equity funds in a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, going-private transactions, divestitures and corporate governance, and has developed long-standing relationships with clients in the technology, life sciences and automotive-semiconductor sectors and with leading financial advisors.
Ms. Lee joins Holland & Knight as a partner. Prior to joining the firm, she was a partner at Goodwin Procter.
