Janey has more than two decades of experience handling white collar defense and complex civil litigation matters in New York and nationwide. He represents high-profile individuals, businesses and financial institutions in state and federal courts and brings significant experience in the financial services sector, including representing broker-dealers, investment advisers, hedge funds and other market participants in matters involving securities fraud and insider trading allegations. He has been involved in some of the most significant state and federal criminal investigations over the past decade.
He joins Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP as a partner. Prior to joining Olshan, Janey was the founder and managing partner of the Janey Law Firm P.C., where he represented both plaintiffs and defendants. He also gained litigation experience at a New York criminal defense boutique and through his work with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
