Paul Hastings Bolsters London Financial Restructuring Team with Partners Bevis Metcalfe and Kieran Sharma

Bevis Metcalfe joins Paul Hastings from Cadwalader, where he most recently served as co-chair of the Financial Restructuring Group. He is a creditor-focused advisor specialising in corporate credit, restructurings, cross-border insolvencies and distressed M&A, with particular experience advising investors in capital solutions transactions across a broad range of sectors and jurisdictions. He joins Paul Hastings as a partner from Cadwalader, where he held the co-chair role.
Kieran Sharma joins Paul Hastings from Sidley Austin, where he led the London Financial Restructuring team. He brings extensive experience advising credit funds, private capital providers and other sophisticated financial stakeholders on complex restructuring and special situations transactions in London and Hong Kong. His background also includes time on the European investment team at Strategic Value Partners, providing first-hand experience of how credit funds assess, structure and execute distressed and special situations investments. He joins Paul Hastings as a partner from Sidley Austin, where he led the London restructuring team.
