Fishman has a wide-ranging practice in the sports and entertainment sector. He represents high‑profile athletes including Kevin Durant, Shai Gilgeous‑Alexander, Michael Phelps and Aryna Sabalenka; advises sports agencies such as Klutch Sports Group and LIFT Management; and acts as outside counsel to media companies Boardroom and Just Women’s Sports. He also represents the Premier Lacrosse League, sports investor SC Management, and the estate of Virgil Abloh.
His practice spans corporate and litigation matters and includes private equity and other investments in sports franchises and entertainment businesses. He enters Hogan Lovells Cadwalader with the seniority of U.S. Sports and Entertainment Lead, having previously held the role of Sports Industry Group Co‑Leader at ArentFox Schiff. Fishman received his JD from The George Washington University Law School and his BA from Bucknell University.
