Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP Adds New York-Based Team to Real Estate Department

Partners Adam Endick and Christy Mazzola and senior counsel Wallace (Wally) Schwartz have joined Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP as members of the firm’s Real Estate Department and will be based in the firm’s New York office.

Adam Endick joins Fried Frank as a partner. He brings decades of experience advising clients across the full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions — including acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, joint ventures and financings across all asset classes — and has particular expertise representing landlords and tenants in headquarters and other large-scale commercial leasing transactions.

Christy Mazzola joins Fried Frank as a partner. She has decades of experience advising clients on the full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, joint ventures and financings, across all asset classes.

Wallace (Wally) Schwartz joins Fried Frank as senior counsel. He has decades of experience advising clients on the full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, joint ventures and financings, across all asset classes.

The group will be based in the firm’s New York office, and their arrival adds to the strategic global growth of Fried Frank’s Real Estate Department.
