Fried Frank Welcomes M&A and Private Equity Partner Stephen B. Amdur

Amdur previously served as the leader of a global M&A and private equity practice at a leading law firm. He counsels clients, including public and private companies and private equity and venture capital investment funds, on a broad range of complex, cross-border transactions. His transactional experience spans industries aligned with Fried Frank’s advisory offerings, including technology, financial services, life sciences, media, sports, retail, energy, telecommunications and manufacturing. He joins Fried Frank’s M&A and Private Equity Practice at partner level, having come from his prior role as the leader of a global M&A and private equity practice at a leading law firm.
