Musa brings extensive experience advising sponsors, alternative lenders and capital sources on complex, bespoke fund financing transactions. She has built a practice handling high-stakes fund finance matters and is noted for navigating complex credit arrangements for global sponsors. Her work spans the full spectrum of fund financings, including CFOs and rated note feeders and other bespoke liquidity solutions, as well as subscription, NAV and hybrid facilities. In addition to fund finance, she has deep experience in acquisition finance and provides strategic counsel for atypical asset-backed financings.
