Almeida Advogados hires Diogo Tabosa as partner
"Diogo Tabosa joins Almeida Advogados as partner in the Labor practice, where he will lead consulting and union-related matters."
Tabosa will lead consulting and union-related matters within the Labor team. He brings more than 16 years of experience in labor law, with expertise in labor consulting, union relations, collective bargaining, compliance and corporate restructurings. Prior to joining Almeida Advogados, he worked at Alstom — where since 2017 he led Alstom Brasil's Union Relations department — and has also worked at GT Lawyers, Pinhao e Koiffman and Demarest. He additionally acts as a mentor and guest lecturer in negotiation and conflict-resolution programs.
Tabosa holds a law degree from FMU (2010), completed an Executive Program in Business Law at Langara College in Canada (2012), earned an LL.M. in Labor Law, Collective Rights and Procedure from PUC/SP (2015) and took a continuing education course in Labor and Union Relations at FGV (2017).
