Vinita represents medtech and biotechnology companies, as well as multinational pharmaceutical companies, on complex licensing and collaboration deals, and advises on due diligence in connection with life sciences and technology M&A matters. Her practice focuses on strategic intellectual property and data-driven transactions and the development, commercialization, sourcing, and protection of new products and technologies, principally in the medtech and digital health industries. She joins Covington as a partner in the Life Sciences Transactions Practice Group and will be resident in the Palo Alto office. Vinita received her B.A., M.A., and J.D. from Stanford University.
