Energy and Infrastructure Partner Joel Goldberg Joins King & Spalding in Houston

Goldberg’s practice focuses on the full lifecycle of energy and infrastructure projects, including development, financing and acquisitions across conventional and renewable assets. His experience encompasses legal support for renewable and conventional electricity projects, LNG, renewable natural gas, battery storage and carbon capture facilities, as well as commercial transactions such as EPC contracts, offtake agreements, joint venture agreements, power purchase agreements, energy commodity-related transactions and project finance. He joins King & Spalding from Porter Hedges, where he served as Practice Group Leader of the firm’s Property and Finance Practice Group. Prior to his private practice experience, he served as General Counsel and Commercial Director of Energy Developments, Inc.
