Tarter Krinsky & Drogin adds Domenico Spina and Giulia Tacchini to its Italy Practice

Domenico Spina joins the firm as an Associate. Admitted to practice in the State of New York, he advises Italian and international clients on corporate, commercial and cross-border matters, with particular focus on market entry, structuring and development of activities in the United States. His work concentrates on company formation and governance, M&A transactions, commercial contracts and corporate compliance. Prior to joining Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, he worked in the Milan office of DLA Piper and subsequently at a New York law firm, where he assisted companies and entrepreneurs on transnational transactions and the development of their activities in the United States.
Giulia Tacchini joins the firm as a Law Clerk. Admitted to practice in the State of New York, she has professional experience in Milan and New York, focusing on commercial law, intellectual property and the fashion and luxury sectors. She holds two LL.M. degrees from Fordham University School of Law: one in Corporate, Banking and Finance Law and a second in Fashion Law. She has also collaborated with the global legal department of Tapestry, handling trademark protection, commercial contracts and compliance.
Gina Piazza, partner and co-chair of the Italy Practice at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, said these additions are a further step in the development of the Italy Practice and will enhance the team’s ability to support Italian companies operating or intending to operate in the United States.
