Shane Marshall Joins Sidley Austin as Chief Information Officer

Marshall brings 23 years of experience, including more than 19 years at Accenture, where he most recently served as Global Lead - Enterprise Platforms and led a global technology organization. During his tenure at Accenture he drove large-scale digital transformation and enterprise platform modernization across business functions and served as a member of one of Accenture’s internal boards of directors.
At Sidley, Marshall will focus on operational security and resilience, infrastructure advancement, and the thoughtful integration of emerging technologies into the firm’s platform. He will work closely with the firm’s lawyers, business professionals and the Data & AI team while continuing to strengthen the technology team. His role and background reflect a specialization in technology modernization and enterprise platforms; he joins Sidley at the senior level of Chief Information Officer, having come from Accenture where he held the senior title of Global Lead - Enterprise Platforms.
