Adam Petravicius Joins King & Spalding as Technology and IP Transactions Partner in Chicago

Petravicius advises clients on the intellectual property and commercial aspects of complex, technology-driven transactions. His practice covers strategic commercial agreements, licensing and collaboration arrangements, technology acquisitions and divestitures, strategic alliances and joint ventures. He regularly provides IP support to corporate and private equity teams on large-scale mergers and acquisitions and other high-value transactions, and has significant experience across industries including software and information technology, life sciences and pharmaceuticals, consumer products, manufacturing, chemicals, automotive and clean technology.
Petravicius joins King & Spalding from Kirkland & Ellis, where he was a partner. He earned a B.S.E.E. from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
