Hogan Lovells Cadwalader welcomes partner Meshach Rhoades to Denver litigation practice

Rhoades has built a national practice representing leading companies in high‑stakes class actions, complex commercial disputes, investigations, and regulatory matters. Her work spans health care, consumer products, food and beverage, technology, telecommunications, sports, and financial services. She is noted for helping clients navigate complex disputes and regulatory challenges while balancing commercial and reputational considerations. She joins Hogan Lovells Cadwalader as a partner, strengthening the firm’s presence in Colorado and adding to its national litigation platform; her arrival is the first lateral partner hire for the Americas Litigation practice following the Hogan Lovells Cadwalader combination.
In addition to her legal practice, Rhoades is active in Colorado’s legal and business communities. She has served as President of the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association and as National Finance Director of the Hispanic National Bar Association, and she co‑founded the Latinas First Foundation, which has awarded more than 350 scholarships to students pursuing higher education.
