John Bennett Joins AGG as Partner in Litigation and Employment Practices

Bennett, a graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, said AGG’s full-service platform and strong reputation—particularly in the Southeast—were key factors in his decision to join the firm. A courtroom practitioner, Bennett emphasized the increasing importance of oral advocacy in employment disputes as summary judgment has become more difficult to obtain. He joins AGG at partner level in its Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Employment practices.
