Howes Percival appoints Legal Director Selina Norris to Oxford commercial property team
"Howes Percival appoints Legal Director Selina Norris to its Oxford commercial property team. She will work across commercial property, including estate and asset management, acquisitions and disposals, development, investment and hospitality transactions."
Norris is experienced in all aspects of commercial property law. She has advised on a wide range of property portfolio requirements including general estate and asset management, acquisitions and disposals, development and investment portfolios, bespoke licences and auction sales. She is also experienced in corporate transactions, particularly large hospitality portfolio sales and joint ventures. She joins Howes Percival with the seniority of Legal Director.
The appointment follows the arrival of commercial property Partner Rob Lynch in January to head the Oxford real estate team. Howes Percival’s national Commercial Property team is described as one of the largest and most skilled teams of property legal specialists outside London and acts for housebuilders, commercial developers, investors, lenders, business owners, charities, landowners, construction firms and public sector organisations.
Howes Percival Partner Rob Lynch said that bringing Selina to the firm adds significant experience and gravitas, enhancing the firm’s offering to the drinks, hospitality and leisure sectors and supporting growth with clients in financial services, logistics and retail.
