Former Energy Dominance Financing Officials Sydney Bopp and Kevin Curley Join Holland & Knight in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Bopp is a strategic policy advisor with more than a decade of experience in government, policy and commercial strategy. She most recently served as a managing partner at Boundary Stone Partners, where she established and led the firm’s federal funding and finance practice; she was previously a partner at Boundary Stone Partners. Prior to that, Ms. Bopp served as chief of staff at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Dominance Financing (EDF), was a senior public affairs advisor at Holland & Knight for a brief period, and held roles including director of stakeholder engagement at DOE’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy and presidential management fellow at the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Railroad Administration and the White House Council on Environmental Quality. At Holland & Knight she will work on technology and infrastructure funding and finance.
Mr. Curley is a finance professional with more than a decade of experience underwriting, negotiating and advising on complex energy and infrastructure projects across the U.S. and emerging markets. He was previously a partner at Boundary Stone Partners and, before that, served as a director in the Office of Structured Finance at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) and as an investment and credit analyst at the DOE EDF. His experience spans sectors including solar manufacturing and generation, energy storage, electric vehicle charging, critical materials production, and natural gas and nuclear generation. He joins Holland & Knight as a senior policy advisor focused on energy and infrastructure funding and finance.
Ms. Keliher advises companies on federal finance and funding opportunities, including clean energy, transmission, transportation, critical minerals and manufacturing. She was a director at Boundary Stone Partners, where she provided project finance, commercial strategy and due diligence support that helped obtain more than $18.5 billion in senior secured federal financing for energy and electrification deployment projects; earlier in her career she was a senior consultant with Guidehouse. She joins Holland & Knight as a Senior Public Affairs Advisor and will work with the team on technology and infrastructure funding and finance, including loan guarantee and grant programs.
