Paul Hastings Appoints Brad Weyland as Partner to London High-Yield Practice

Weyland is a Chambers-ranked practitioner and a leader in high-yield transactions. He advises investment banks, private credit providers and corporates on capital markets transactions, including high-yield bonds, bridge loans and term loans, and counsels issuers and financial institutions on restructurings, liability management matters, indenture interpretation, disclosure and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission reporting. He serves as co-vice chair of the High Yield Board of the Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME). Weyland joins Paul Hastings from A&O Shearman and will reunite with partners with whom he previously practiced. His client work has included engagements for Barclays, BNP PARIBAS, BofA Securities, Citigroup, Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, DNB Carnegie, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, KKR, Morgan Stanley, Nomura and VEON.
