King & Spalding Welcomes Partners Steven Finizio and Jonathan Lim to London International Disputes Team

Steven Finizio is a highly regarded international dispute resolution lawyer and arbitrator whose practice spans energy, financial services, shareholder, joint venture and M&A, and manufacturing disputes. He has advised on matters administered under the rules of most well‑recognized international arbitration institutions and on disputes governed by laws in jurisdictions across Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America and the United States, as well as under bilateral and regional investment treaties. Finizio joins King & Spalding as a partner and moves from WilmerHale. He is Professor of Practice at SOAS University of London and is ranked by Lexology Index as a Global Elite Thought Leader and in Chambers UK, Chambers Europe, Chambers Global, The Legal 500 UK Hall of Fame, Best Lawyers and Lawdragon. He holds an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
Jonathan Lim is an experienced international arbitration advocate and arbitrator who represents clients in complex disputes across the aerospace, construction, energy, financial services, telecommunications and technology sectors. He is regularly recognized as a leading international arbitration lawyer by Chambers Global, Legal 500, Lexology Index, Global Arbitration Review and Lawdragon, was named to Global Arbitration Review’s 45 Under 45 list and ranked by Lexology Index as a Global Elite Thought Leader under the age of 45. Lim joins King & Spalding as a partner and moves from WilmerHale; while based in London he will also spend significant time in the firm’s Singapore office. He earned his LLB from the National University of Singapore and his LLM from Harvard Law School.
