Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld Welcomes Leveraged Finance Partner Adrian Chiodo to London

Chiodo’s experience spans both large-cap and mid-market transactions and he represents both debtors and creditors. His cross-border practice covers the full range of capital needs, including leveraged finance, private credit, U.S. and European term loan B, general banking and corporate financings. He also advises on public-to-private transactions, restructurings and post-initial public offering financings.
Chiodo is qualified in England & Wales, New York and New South Wales. He joins Akin Gump from Covington & Burling LLP, where he led the firm’s leveraged finance practice in Europe.
