Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld Adds Corporate Partner Dilen Kumar to Dallas Private Equity Platform

Kumar will strengthen the firm’s global private equity platform and will advise sponsors and companies on complex mergers and acquisitions transactions, investment strategies and capital structures. He joins the firm as a partner in Dallas.
His arrival builds on recent additions across Akin Gump’s global private equity platform, including the return of United States private equity head Gerald Brant and the addition of partners Jeffrey Kochian and Brittany Harrison in New York, as well as the arrival of Jonathon Hamil in London.
