Clyde & Co appoints Nick Humphrey as aviation partner in Dubai
"Clyde & Co hires Nick Humphrey as a partner in its aviation practice. Based in Dubai, he will work on regulatory, commercial, project and contentious aviation matters across the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia and Asia Pacific."
Humphrey will be based in Dubai and will operate across the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia and Asia Pacific. He returns to Clyde & Co, having previously worked at the firm between 2014 and 2016. Humphrey represents international airlines, aircraft operators and owners, airports, ports, aviation service providers, maintenance and repair organisations and trade credit providers, together with their brokers and insurers. His practice covers regulatory, commercial and project matters as well as contentious work, including cross-border arbitrations under LCIA, DIAC and ICC rules.
