Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer appoints Laurent Massinon as Finance partner in Luxembourg

Laurent brings more than 20 years' experience advising on complex cross-border banking and capital markets transactions, including private capital and investment structure financings, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, structured finance and securitisation, debt and equity securities, and restructuring and insolvency. He also regularly advises on regulatory matters across the banking, finance, capital markets and (re)insurance sectors. Laurent joins Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer from DLA Piper in Luxembourg, where he had been a partner since 2017.
