Robert W. Leung joins HSF Kramer as a partner and will serve as the firm’s Head of Energy, Mining and Infrastructure, Americas. He brings extensive experience in strategic M&A, advising private and public companies, investors and other clients across energy, infrastructure, mining, natural resources and financial services. His work spans complex domestic and cross‑border matters including inbound and outbound M&A, joint ventures, financings and other strategic transactions across the US, Europe and Asia, with a thorough background in Latin America. Leung joins from Paul Hastings, where he served as a partner.
Mike F. Huang joins HSF Kramer as a partner in the New York office. He has substantial M&A experience advising clients on domestic and cross‑border transactions across a range of industries, including energy and financial services, and on joint ventures and financings. Huang joins from Paul Hastings, where he served as a partner.
Daniel A. Grossman joins HSF Kramer as a partner in New York. He brings transactional M&A experience advising companies and investors on complex, multijurisdictional deals, including cross‑border M&A and other strategic transactions across the US, Europe and Asia. Grossman joins from Paul Hastings, where he served as a partner.
Jason Hill is also joining the group as counsel.
