Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer hires Carole Nerguararian as partner in Paris Finance and Restructuring

Carole joins the firm from Linklaters, where she was a partner in the Restructuring and Insolvency practice in Paris. She is entering Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer at partner level, having also been a partner at Linklaters. Her practice covers the full spectrum of financial and operational restructurings, including debt and equity funding, insolvency-related litigation and distressed disposals. She specialises in complex domestic and cross-border restructurings in both out-of-court and formal insolvency proceedings.
Carole maintains a broad, sector-agnostic practice advising clients across a range of industries, including energy (notably oil and gas), chemicals, hydrogen, retail, pharmaceuticals, real estate and automotive. She is recognised as a ‘Leading Partner’ for Insolvency by the Legal 500 and is ranked for Insolvency/Restructuring by Chambers & Partners.
