Mosley brings nearly two decades of experience advising emerging companies across every stage of their business life cycle. Her practice is focused on the medical device, digital health and life sciences sectors and includes a substantial portfolio of work with AI and tech-driven ventures. A Silicon Valley native, she has advised many startups and investors from formation through exit. Mosley joins Cooley as a partner from DLA Piper, where she served as a partner representing tech and life sciences emerging growth companies and venture investors on general corporate matters, board governance, securities law compliance, venture capital, debt financing and M&A.
