SLF strengthens its team with Martinetti and Ferrari

Maurizio Martinetti brings to SLF extensive experience advising companies and entrepreneurial families, with a specialization in extraordinary transactions and national and transnational M&A. He was a founding partner of Studio Ripa di Meana e Associati and, since 2018, of the professional association MGM. Martinetti has served on boards of directors in Italy and abroad and has acted as consultant and member of Organismi di Vigilanza on compliance and Modelli 231.
Luca Ferrari, formerly a partner at Studio Ripa di Meana and co-founder of MGM, is active in civil, corporate, banking and infrastructure law. He has gained experience in complex transactions and litigation for companies and public entities, and has managed procurement and large national works. Ferrari also serves as an arbitrator and as president of Collegi Consultivi Tecnici.
The arrivals of Vanessa Giovanetti, Valeria Vacchini and Camilla Monti, together with a dedicated support staff, complete the new team. With these additions SLF now counts on more than 50 professionals and staff. The move consolidates the firm’s capabilities in corporate and commercial law, governance and generational transitions, broadening its capacity to assist companies, national and international groups and entrepreneurial families in strategic decisions with an integrated approach encompassing fiscal, corporate, organizational and asset profiles.
