Phillips advises public companies, private equity sponsors and underwriters on a range of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. She has represented a diverse client base — public company issuers, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, underwriters, and selling shareholders — on transactions ranging from large-scale cross-border IPOs to registered direct offerings. She joins the firm with the seniority of partner.
Phillips has been recognized by Legal 500 and IFLR1000 for her capital markets work since 2023. She earned an A.B. from Princeton University and a J.D., magna cum laude, from Boston University School of Law, where she served as Executive Editor of the Review of Banking and Financial Law.
