BCLP strengthens London Corporate & Finance Transactions team with partner Jeremie Bismuth
"BCLP hires Jeremie Bismuth as partner in London to bolster its Corporate & Finance Transactions practice, focusing on structured finance and securitization."
Qualified as both an English and French solicitor, Jeremie’s multijurisdictional practice centres on advising financial institutions, arrangers, originators and development finance organisations on residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), non-performing loan securitisations, asset-backed financings, sukuk programmes and sovereign-linked finance transactions. He advises arrangers and originators on domestic and cross-border transactions across a range of asset classes, primarily in the UK and France and throughout northern, sub‑Saharan and western Africa, in particular Morocco, Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal.
BCLP said Jeremie’s addition enhances the firm’s ability to advise on complex strategic transactions and expands its experience across a broader spectrum of asset classes, including structured debt. He will integrate with the firm’s finance, infrastructure and energy sector teams and work alongside Real Estate Partner Will Trotman to deliver multidisciplinary advice on structured products and complex financings.
