GVBG Advogados appoints Andréa Marco Antonio as partner in Tax Advisory

Andréa brings more than 16 years of experience and a strong international background. Her practice focuses on strategic domestic and international tax planning, M&A operations, corporate reorganizations and tax advice to clients across multiple sectors. She also has significant experience in estate and succession planning and represents clients in federal administrative litigation before the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals (CARF).
Education and professional formation include a law degree from PUC-SP, an LL.M in International Taxation from the International Tax Center at Leiden University in the Netherlands, and an MBA in Corporate Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
