Raffaele Giarda Joins ADVANT Nctm as Partner

Giarda brings more than three decades of experience in sector regulation, with particular expertise in Technology, Media, Entertainment and Telecommunications (TMT). His background includes work on issues related to foreign direct investment (FDI) in Italy. He joins ADVANT Nctm at partner level, contributing to the firm’s TMT capabilities.
The appointment is part of ADVANT Nctm’s ongoing strengthening of its professional expertise to support clients amid increasing innovation and digitalisation. With Giarda’s entry, the total number of Partners at ADVANT Nctm rises to 88.
