Raffaele Giarda joins ADVANT Nctm as partner

Raffaele Giarda brings more than three decades of experience in sector regulation, with particular reference to matters related to foreign direct investment in Italy (FDI). His background includes work in the TMT sector and advisory on complex transactions. He joins ADVANT Nctm at partner level.
