Orrick Hires Energy & Infrastructure Finance Team in Paris Led by Antoine Bouzanquet

Antoine Bouzanquet and two associates have joined Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe as members of the firm’s Paris Energy & Infrastructure team.

Antoine Bouzanquet joins Orrick as a partner and will serve as head of French Project Finance. Recognized by Chambers France and Legal 500 as a leader in energy and project finance, he advises sponsors and lenders on complex greenfield and brownfield transactions across project development and financing, private equity and M&A in France and internationally. He has worked on transactions in the energy transition, digital infrastructure and data centers, telecoms and transport sectors. Antoine joins from Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.

Two associates have also joined Orrick’s Paris project finance team. No further individual background, prior firms or prior seniority for the associates were provided.

With these additions, Orrick will have eight project finance lawyers in Paris. The firm’s broader Energy & Infrastructure practice in Paris comprises six partners and 18 lawyers in total, including Hugues Martin-Sisteron, who serves as partner-in-charge of project finance in Africa.
