Greenberg Traurig Adds Brian Arnfelt to Private Equity Practice in Chicago

Arnfelt represents private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, public and private companies, management teams, investors, founders, and family offices in a broad range of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, carve-out transactions, recapitalizations, strategic investments, governance, executive compensation, incentive equity arrangements, and other general corporate matters across a wide range of industries.
He joins Greenberg Traurig from Neal & Leroy, LLC. Prior to that, he practiced at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and also worked as an investment banker at William Blair, where he focused on M&A transactions. At Neal & Leroy, Arnfelt served as a managing member and chair of the firm’s Corporate Department; he previously was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis. He is joining Greenberg Traurig with the seniority of shareholder.
