GVBG Advogados appoints Andréa Marco Antonio as partner in Tax Consulting

Marco Antonio brings more than 16 years of experience, including leadership positions at other law firms. Her practice covers domestic and international tax planning, M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations and tax advisory work across multiple sectors. She also has experience in estate and succession planning and has represented clients in federal administrative tax litigation before CARF, Brazil’s federal administrative tax appeals council.
Marco Antonio holds a law degree from PUC-SP, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Taxation from the International Tax Center at Leiden University in the Netherlands, and an MBA in Corporate Finance from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV).
