King & Spalding adds partner Gary Born to International Disputes practice

Born recently joined King & Spalding from Wilmer Hale as part of a transformational expansion of the firm’s International Disputes practice. He is the author of International Law in American Courts, published by Wolters Kluwer, a comprehensive examination of the status and applicability of rules of international law in U.S. federal and state courts. Born has been ranked for more than 25 years as one of the world’s premier international arbitration advocates and has led more than 750 arbitrations, including four of the largest International Chamber of Commerce cases and several significant ad hoc proceedings.
