Holland & Knight Adds Finance Partner Fred David in Boston
"Holland & Knight hires Fred David as a partner in its Financial Services Section to bolster private credit and sponsor finance capabilities in Boston."
Mr. David was previously with Akin Gump. He advises private credit funds, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, and other financial institutions on a wide range of debt financing transactions, with an emphasis on advising private credit funds in connection with complex sponsor-backed acquisition financings and complex private credit transactions. He has experience on both sides of the financing table in large-cap and middle-market financing and restructuring transactions and advises clients throughout the investment life cycle on cash flow and asset-based financings, complex liability management transactions, restructurings and other special situations. Mr. David joins Holland & Knight at the partner level.
Mr. David received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
