Jackson Walker Adds Jeffrey Connor as Partner in Corporate & Securities in Dallas

Connor brings more than a decade of investment management experience, advising clients on private funds, joint ventures, independent sponsor and other private equity syndications, secondary transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. He will serve in the Corporate & Securities practice as a partner.
His practice includes representing fund sponsors and institutional investors in fundraising, structuring and operational matters. He also advises on joint venture formations, secondary transactions, independent sponsor offerings, private equity syndications, mergers and acquisitions, and complex investment management arrangements, helping clients evaluate both legal and commercial implications of strategic transactions.
Alden S. Crow, partner and chair of Jackson Walker’s Corporate & Securities practice group, said Connor’s deep experience strengthens the firm’s ability to serve clients on sophisticated investment and transactional matters.
Connor received his J.D., cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law and his B.A. from Texas Tech University.
