Gibson Dunn hires former Blackstone Europe real estate lawyer Angus Lennox

Angus’s practice focuses on advising financial sponsor clients on cross-border M&A, joint ventures, restructurings and platform deals, and he regularly advises on significant real estate transactions across Europe. He brings experience from private practice and from his prior role as a Managing Director in Blackstone’s European Real Estate business, where he oversaw some of the largest real estate transactions in Europe. Prior to joining Gibson Dunn he also practiced at another international law firm.
