Hogan Lovells Cadwalader adds M&A partner Kristin Gerber to Boston office

Gerber represents domestic and international acquirers, investors, and companies in mergers and acquisitions, carve-out and spin-off transactions, minority and growth investments, and other corporate strategic transactions. Her practice spans Technology and Life Sciences. She has deep experience providing strategic outside counsel to management teams and boards while leading significant transactions on her clients’ behalf through every stage of the corporate life cycle. Gerber joins Hogan Lovells Cadwalader as an M&A partner and was previously with Goodwin Procter.
Gerber received her JD from Boston College Law School and her BSBA from Creighton University.
