Fieldfisher France strengthens Corporate M&A and Private Equity team with partner Rodolphe Amaudric du Chaffaut
"Fieldfisher France welcomes partner Rodolphe Amaudric du Chaffaut to its Corporate M&A / Private Equity team in Paris, where he will work on Private Equity and M&A transactions."
The recruitment brings the Corporate team to seven partners, covering Corporate M&A, Private Equity, listings and capital markets. Fieldfisher describes the hire as part of its strategy to strengthen its position in the French market and to enhance synergies across its Paris office and the wider Fieldfisher network.
Rodolphe advises investment funds as well as founders, executives and management teams on LBOs, mergers and acquisitions, disposals and capital reorganizations. He intervenes alongside both investors and management and has expertise across the full investment cycle, offering a transversal view of Private Equity and M&A issues. His practice covers numerous sectors, with a focus on financial services, regulated accounting and advisory professions, education, the energy transition, healthcare and digital.
Before joining Fieldfisher, he worked at leading international law firms, where he supported clients on transactions in France and internationally. He holds a Master 2 in International Business Law and the Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise (DJCE) from Aix‑Marseille University, and is also a graduate of the IEJ Jean Domat (Université Paris 1 Panthéon‑Sorbonne) and the École de Formation du Barreau (EFB).
