BakerHostetler adds partner Christopher Raidy to Debt Finance team in Los Angeles

Raidy advises borrowers and lenders on complex private equity, private credit and other financing transactions. He focuses on sophisticated debt financing matters worldwide, including acquisition finance, recapitalizations, restructurings, secured and unsecured debt, domestic and cross-border transactions, leveraged buyouts, debtor-in-possession financings, and exit financings. His clients have included private equity firms, private credit funds, public and private companies, hedge funds, borrowers and issuers. He joins BakerHostetler from an Am Law 50 firm and is entering the firm as a partner.
Raidy received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (Order of the Coif) and his B.S. from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
