BDO Deal Advisory appoints Andrés Bosch Alamar as head of technology for Spain

Bosch brings more than a decade of experience in M&A, corporate development and capital raising with a focus on technology transactions. His career began in finance and innovation project management, including work on European R&D initiatives. He has worked on deals involving software, SaaS, technology services and deep tech companies in Iberia and international markets. He joins BDO Deal Advisory as head of the technology sector, having most recently served as M&A director for Iberia at TH Global Capital. He has also held positions at Arcano-BlueBull and at Zeleros, where he was involved in M&A processes, fundraising, investment and corporate development for high-growth technology companies.
Juan Vega de Seoane, partner responsible for M&A at BDO Deal Advisory, said the appointment reinforces Deal Advisory’s presence in the technology sector and its positioning in the Levante region, and that Bosch’s experience in M&A operations linked to technology companies will allow the firm to respond to demand for specialized advisory services in this type of transaction.
