Sidley Hires Marissa Gluck as Partner in Global Finance Practice in New York

Ms. Gluck joins Sidley from Latham & Watkins LLP, where she practiced in their Structured Finance practice in New York. She advises banks, issuers, underwriters, investors, placement agents, borrowers, lenders, funds and other financial institutions on a broad range of structured finance, securitization and other secured financing transactions. Her experience includes esoteric asset‑backed securities such as securitizations involving affordable housing, fintech and startup company assets, data centers, transportation assets and venture capital investment financings, and she also counsels clients on the development of bespoke structured finance vehicles and products.
