He will play a key role in enhancing Gibson Dunn’s London‑based incentives offering, supporting the firm’s private equity, M&A and tax practices and deepening its capabilities for clients seeking integrated, multi‑jurisdictional executive compensation advice.
His practice spans advising on the incentive aspects of public takeovers, demergers, IPOs, private company M&A, private equity transactions and restructurings. He also advises on the design and implementation of cash, phantom and share‑based incentive arrangements across multiple jurisdictions and regularly counsels public listed companies, alternative investment firms, sovereign wealth funds and PE‑backed companies on corporate governance and regulatory requirements relating to executive remuneration, including remuneration policies, compliance with financial regulatory codes, and remuneration reporting and disclosures to regulatory authorities.
