Gitti and Partners appoints Emanuele Umberto Aurilia to lead financial regulation and investment funds department

Aurilia joins from Linklaters and enters Gitti and Partners with the seniority of partner. During his career he has developed experience in financial regulation, assisting Italian and international clients on financial services, investment management, fintech, banking, payment services, AML and insurance regulation. He regularly advises on the establishment, authorization and reorganization of regulated entities, the structuring and marketing of Italian and international investment funds, and transactions in asset management, banking, financial and insurance sectors. He also supports financial institutions and sponsors on regulatory aspects of M&A, capital markets and banking transactions.
The newly established department will provide assistance to investors, sponsors, banks, insurers, managers and other financial institutions in the structuring of investment funds, in financial, banking and insurance regulation, and in sector transactions.
