Titola brings experience gained at several Italian law firms and joins Villa & Associati as a senior associate. Her practice covers counselling on corporate administrative liability, data protection and out-of-court assistance to companies; more recently she has expanded her work to civil litigation and to product safety & compliance.
Her entry strengthens the Milan team, which focuses on commercial, corporate and M&A matters and is composed of three professionals coordinated by Federico Villa, founder and managing partner of the firm. With Titola’s arrival, Villa & Associati’s roster now totals 15 professionals, including four partners: Federico Villa, Francesca La Monica (head of the Ravenna office), Giada Orioli (head of the Bologna office) and Francesca Pepa.
