Jessica Nicole Berkowitz Joins Holland & Knight in Dallas as Corporate Partner
"Jessica Nicole Berkowitz joins Holland & Knight in Dallas as a partner in the Corporate, M&A and Securities Section, working on M&A, private equity and management services organization (MSO) transactions."
Ms. Berkowitz was previously a partner at Kirkland & Ellis, where she focused her practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity transactions. She joins Holland & Knight as a partner and will also support management services organization (MSO) transactions as part of the firm’s Legal Services Transactions work, bringing high-level private equity and M&A experience to those matters. Ms. Berkowitz received a J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School and a B.S. from Appalachian State University.
