BakerHostetler adds antitrust leader and commercial litigation partner Kenneth Racowski in Philadelphia
"Kenneth Racowski joins BakerHostetler's Philadelphia office as partner to lead the firm's private civil antitrust practice and serve on its Antitrust & Competition and Commercial Litigation teams."
Racowski joins BakerHostetler from an Am Law 50 firm where he served as co-chair of its antitrust team. He is a highly regarded antitrust trial lawyer, Chambers-ranked for the past six years, with a proven record of defending and trying disputes across the United States.
Racowski counsels businesses in complex, high-stakes antitrust, class action and commercial litigation matters, and serves as lead counsel in sophisticated disputes. He also represents companies in investigations by federal agencies and state attorneys general and advises on corporate compliance, internal investigations, media strategy and negotiations with customers and suppliers.
His arrival strengthens BakerHostetler’s nationally recognized Antitrust and Competition team and bolsters the firm’s Commercial Litigation team and presence in Philadelphia, adding depth to a group that handles every stage of commercial disputes. Racowski received his B.A. from Villanova University and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
