Hinckley Allen Names Ned Sackman Partner in Manchester, New Hampshire
"Hinckley Allen has hired veteran litigator Ned Sackman as a partner in its Manchester office. He will join the Litigation practice, strengthening the firm's commercial litigation and intellectual property capabilities."
Sackman joins Hinckley Allen's Litigation practice with more than two decades of experience representing businesses in complex commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, and dealer and franchise matters. He has handled high-stakes matters including breach-of-contract claims, business torts, restrictive covenant disputes (non-compete and non-solicitation), and business divorces. He also represents auto and equipment dealers in franchise termination protests, add point disputes, and consumer litigation. In the intellectual property area, Sackman advises on trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation, including frequent matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Based in New Hampshire, Sackman has earned recognition in Chambers USA and The Best Lawyers in America. He serves as Chair of the Copyright Law Committee for the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
